Why Are We In Business?

We are passionate about and believe in real capitalism, free markets, and the concept of starting and running successful businesses that benefit the owner(s), shareholders, and team members (particularly helping SME’s; Small and Medium Sized businesses).

To put some numbers in perspective for you, in a recent Australia wide survey of the ‘Mid-Market’ sector, looking at medium sized business, conducted by GE Capital, it was found that only 1.4% of all companies fit into the ‘mid-market’ category (Total Annual Sales of between $10 Million and $200 Million), while Small Businesses (less than $10 Million annual sales) represent a staggering 98% and the balance (roughly .5% or half of one percentage point) were very large businesses with sales of more than $200 Million per annum.

One of the main things that drives us is our desire to help as many Small Companies (turning over less than $10 Million) to grow to become Mid-Market Companies in the range of $10 Million to $200 Million and to help as many of the existing lower range Mid-Market companies to increase their growth and improvement year upon year.

The more smaller businesses we can help become mid-market businesses, the more business owners we will be helping to be rewarded for all their hard work in both time and money, the more opportunities we will help create for employees and team members to grow with those businesses furthering their careers and entrepreneurial spirit and the more we will help the overall economy grow as well. Does the coaching company have previous success with clients, any case studies I can review?

The Affiliate Network is a community of specialist service providers designed to help you and your team get specific help in various areas of your business as and when you need it. The network of affiliates is there to complement your coaching process. Over the years, we have been continually asked by clients, throughout the process of coaching, questions like;

Each affiliate understands they are one of a team of businesses that you will seek help from and need to be mindful of that when dealing with you. Within our own core company values we list ‘Cooperation’ as one of our main six guiding principles and within our company culture we state that ‘we are always open to working with any partner, alliance or affiliate that can help us achieve our Cause & Strategy and fulfil and maintain our Culture & Values’.

These aspects of the Affiliate Network are extremely important to us, and they are one of the main considerations we review when choosing affiliates to be a part of our network.

What are the benefits of using the Affiliate Network?

What criteria do we use to select Affiliates?

As we mentioned in the above sections, one of our main criteria for selecting affiliates for the network is their attitude, their willingness to help as part of a team of external providers. If we are not confident that this is the attitude a company has, we simply will not let them be part of the network.

Another criterion is obviously skill, do they have the core capabilities to deliver what it is they say they can. We look for an ongoing good reputation of dealing with clients of consistency and high value product and service offerings. Suitability in terms of what they offer, do they fit into a category that a large amount of our clients sees as a need.

Do they get and understand what business coaching is, what you are trying to achieve in your coaching process, and will they respect that process?

Have we dealt with the company before or has one of our clients dealt with or used the company in the past?

At the end of the day, we can’t and don’t take responsibility for the way any other company conducts themselves within our network. What we are trying to achieve is to select the best cultural and expertise ‘fits’ or matches with what we feel our clients need and what our clients are telling us they need help with.

The ultimate aim is to provide you with a fast, easy, and reliable alternative to simply starting from scratch when looking for external help from a supplier for your business. Yes, you can move up or down between membership levels any time after your first three-month minimum membership term.

Can I change my preferences within my membership level?

Yes, you can change your preferences within your membership level at any time. Simply get in touch with us, let us know what your new preferences are, and we’ll give you a new quote based on those preferences, then, if you’re happy to proceed, we’ll make the adjustments to your preferences and membership.

 

Can I use my member discount when investing in a new membership?

Unfortunately, no. Your member discount is for additional investments for items included or not included within your membership or for items within our Online Store, but cannot be used as a discount for a membership itself.
